NOTES:  It was our understanding that this item was only available through a mail-away offer (see flyer below).  However, a visitor to www.onlypollypocket.com has offered information that she purchased this necklace a few years ago in a department store and was told it was left over from a store promotion.  There are three of these pendants (popularly known as "A", "B" and "C", each with Polly in a different pose.
